• TIES Platform: Trading Intelligence & Execution System
• Research Products: Strategy validation, execution quality assessments
• Infrastructure Products: Trading halt systems, data monitors, context APIs
• API Services: Market intelligence and compliance frameworks

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. Proprietary Rights

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, APIs, software, algorithms, and research methodologies, is the exclusive property of Tickflow Capital Limited and protected by Kenyan and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software
• Use our trade names, trademarks, or logos without written permission

5. User Conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the services giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tickflow Capital Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
