1. Proprietary Trading Disclosure

Tickflow Capital Limited trades its own capital using the TIES platform and associated strategies described on this website. We are a proprietary trading firm, not an investment manager or fund. This means:

We do not accept external capital or manage client funds
Our performance data reflects our proprietary trading activity and backtested results only
Our trading activity may create conflicts of interest if we ever offer external services (which would be separately disclosed)

2. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

The following potential conflicts of interest exist or may exist:

Proprietary vs. External: We trade our own capital alongside any external products. This may create prioritization concerns, which we mitigate through automated, rule-based execution.
Product Development: Our internal trading needs drive product development. External products are extracted from our internal systems but may not include all features we use internally.
Research Independence: Research findings are based on systematic analysis, not influenced by commercial considerations.
Broker Relationships: We do not receive compensation from brokers for order flow or referrals.

3. Backtest & Validation Limitations

All backtested, walk-forward, and simulation results presented on this website or in research materials have material limitations:

Backtests do not include all transaction costs (slippage, commissions, market impact)
Historical results may not be representative of future market conditions
Strategies may perform differently in live markets due to liquidity constraints, execution delays, or market microstructure effects
Overfitting cannot be completely eliminated even with walk-forward validation

4. Data Source Disclosures

Our research and backtesting utilize data from the following sources:

Primary Data: Kaggle historical gold price data, MT5 broker feeds
Macro Data: FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), Yahoo Finance
Event Data: Publicly available economic calendars

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data sources.

5. Technology Infrastructure Disclosure

Our technology stack includes the following key components:

Execution: MetaTrader 5 (MT5) terminal
Cloud Infrastructure: Oracle Cloud Always Free (VPS), Cloudflare (CDN & tunnel)
Database: PostgreSQL, Redis
Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry
Backtesting: Python-based simulation engines

We reserve the right to modify our technology stack without notice as infrastructure evolves.

6. Product Limitations Disclosure

Each product offered by Tickflow Capital has specific limitations that are disclosed in product documentation:

TIES Backtest: One-time analysis based on client-provided or our historical data; does not include ongoing monitoring
Execution Quality Auditor: Based on MT5 execution logs; does not analyze other broker platforms
Market Context API: Real-time data dependent on third-party feeds; subject to latency
Risk Gate Framework: Operational risk controls, not legal compliance guarantees

7. Fee & Pricing Disclosure

All fees are quoted in USD and are exclusive of taxes, which may apply based on your jurisdiction. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active customers.

8. No Liability for Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services including brokers, data providers, and communication platforms (Telegram, Discord). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Changes to Disclosures

We reserve the right to update these Disclosures at any time. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Disclosures.
